Hello, I ordered and installed the pro version of Free Product Sample yesterday and have spent many hours trying to set up shipping. The site has hundreds of products and I have enabled the \”Order a Sample\” button on about half of the products. I have set up a shipping class and cost and when I add a normal product to the cart the \”Sample Shipping\” radio tab shows the correct cost of shipping next to it, after the standard shipping and the express shipping costs. But, when I add a sample to the cart none of the shipping prices show, and when I select any of the shipping options, the cost of shipping is substantially less than the actual cost. I really do not understand what is happening despite having spent hours trying to resolve it. By way of an update, it seems that adding a sample to an already populated cart causes the prices next to the shipping options (Standard, Express, Samples Only) to disappear, and for a (seemingly random) lower shipping value to be added to the cart total, regardless of which shipping option is selected.
